What data we process

• Account data — your email address and workspace name, for sign-in, team management and service emails (via Supabase and Resend respectively).
• Conversations — your questions, the answers and the statistics rows fetched to build charts, so conversations can be saved and shared within your workspace. You can delete conversations at any time.
• Usage data — number of questions and technical telemetry per run (actions, response time, token usage) for quotas, billing and operations.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe; we never store card numbers.

What we don't do

• We never sell personal data and show no third-party ads.
• The statistics analysed come from the National Board of Health and Welfare's open, aggregated statistical database — the service processes no patient data.
• We don't track you without consent — analytics cookies are only set if you choose ”Accept all” in the cookie banner. Necessary cookies are used only for sign-in and your settings.

AI processing

Questions and fetched statistics are sent to Anthropic's API to generate answers. The content is not used to train models, under Anthropic's commercial terms.

Web analytics (Google Analytics)

With your consent we use Google Analytics (gtag.js) to understand how the service is used — for example page views, approximate geographic region, and device and browser type. The provider and data processor is Google Ireland Limited (and Google LLC), which may process data in countries outside the EU/EEA. Analytics cookies are only set if you choose ”Accept all” in the cookie banner; if you choose ”Necessary only”, Google Analytics is not loaded at all and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site's storage in your browser.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access, rectification or erasure of your data at any time by contacting us via the feedback function in the app or your workspace owner. Deleting the account removes your profile, conversations and stored data.
