The service

Viti Health Insights Sweden is an independent analytics service on top of the National Board of Health and Welfare's open statistical-database API. The service is not affiliated with or approved by the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen). The statistics are official; the analysis and visualisations are ours.

AI-generated answers

Answers are generated by an AI model. Charts are built only from data actually fetched from the API and every API call is shown as a source, but wording and interpretations may contain errors. Always check against the sources before making decisions based on the answers.

Plans and payment

The free plan has a monthly question quota. The Business plan is billed per seat (prices excl. VAT), monthly or yearly, via Stripe, and can be cancelled at any time — the workspace then returns to the free plan at the end of the period. The number of seats is chosen at purchase and can be changed via the billing portal; contact us for more seats than self-service allows.

Fair use

The Business plan currently includes 100 questions per seat and calendar month, pooled into the workspace's shared volume (e.g. 4 seats = 400 questions). AI interpretations count as half a question. Beyond that the workspace can ask a smaller number of questions per day for the rest of the month; the counter resets monthly. The workspace owner is notified by email before the volume is used up. If you need higher volumes, contact us and we'll tailor a plan.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to overload the National Board of Health and Welfare's API, circumvent quotas, or share your account outside your workspace. We may suspend accounts that breach the terms.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for decisions made based on the answers or for outages of the National Board of Health and Welfare's API.
